Freddie is a little dinosaur, and he really wants to know what it would be like to have his head in the clouds like the rest of the dinosaurs. Gingersnap wants to fly and thought it would be easy, but it isn't. She accidentally lands on Freddie, and they both don't know what to do because dinosaurs and dragons stay away from each other. They chase each other and end up making friends, when each of them rescues the other at some point. Freddie helps Gingersnap learn to fly, and Gingersnap gives Freddie a nice gift.This is a great story about the unlikely friendship that helps each character grow in ways they didn't know they could. I love both the characters, and the illustrations are great. Just a really good book!
